Job Description

Our client who is a global provider of professional information, software solutions, is currently seeking a hybrid Technical Support professional located in Coppell TX.

Location: Coppell TX

Hybrid 2 days in office

Must have own computer

6 month contract position

Pay Rate: $23.00

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer and employee issues related to products and platforms.
  • Handle inbound requests via phone, email, and Salesforce.
  • Create, manage, and follow through on multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Provide detailed and timely customer updates and feedback.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate teams (technical, content, product).
  • Maintain documentation and procedural guides.
  • Collaborate with team members and support a positive team environment.
  • Participate in testing and reviews as needed.
  • Cross-train across products and systems.

Education & Experience Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of customer/technical support experience.

  • General computer, browser, and network troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize issues, and follow through to resolution.
  • Flexibility to adjust to shifting duties and schedules.

Preferred:

  • Degree in MIS, IT, or related field.
  • Previous support center or help desk experience.
